Nifty Monthly Expiry Analysis

• FII bought 5.1 K contract of Index Future worth 440 cores, Net OI has increased by 4.4 K contract, 4.7 K Long contract were added by FII and 312  short were covered by FII. Net FII Long Short ratio at 0.66, So FII used rise to enter longs and exit shorts.

• As discussed in last analysis Now till we are below 12105 bears can push towards 11995/11941. Bulls have chance above 12162 for a move back to 12216/12280/12343.Another close below 12162, Bears below 12105 can push towards 11995/11941. Bulls have chance above 12170 for a move back to 12216/12280.Today was an Important Gann Date break of high and low of today can easily give 100-150  points.

• Total Future & Option trading volume at 17.36 Lakh core with total contract traded at 1.43 lakh , PCR @0.89

• Nifty Feb Future Open Interest Volume is at 62.6 Lakh core with addition of 22 Lakh with decrease in cost of carry suggesting short position were added today, NF Rollover cost @12302 closed below it.

• 12200 CE is having Highest OI at 50 Lakh, resistance at 12200 followed by 12250 .12200-12400 CE added 6.4 Lakh in OI so bears added position in range of 12200-12300.FII bought 8.3 K CE and 6.5 K CE were shorted by them. Retailers sold 62 K CE and 43 K  shorted CE were covered by them.

• 12000 PE OI@34Lakhs having the highest OI strong support at 12100 followed by 12000. 12000-12400 PE added 13 Lakh in OI so bulls added position in range 12000-12100.FII bought 2.4 K PE and 11.3 K PE were shorted by them. Retailers bought 94 K PE and 58 K PE were shorted by them.
