Nifty Technical Analysis and Insights for 12 March

• FII bought 593 contract of Index Future worth 87 cores, Net OI has decreased by 3.5 K contract 1.4 K  Long contract were covered by FII and 2 K Shorts were covered by FII. Net FII Long Short ratio at 1.55 so FII used fall to exit longs and exit shorts.

• As discussed in Last Analysis   For Tommrow 15129 will be an important number to watch, Bulls need to move above 15129 for a quick move towards 15199/15251/15300. Bears need to break 15070 for a move back to 15026/14973/14920.Nifty bulls were able to close above 15129 waiting for the target of 15251/15346/15409/15471/15534. Bears need to break 15099 for a move back to 15047/14993/14925/14870. Price is heading  gann angle resistance as shown below, bulls would like to close above 15520-15534 for a break out and move towards the all time high.

• Total Future & Option trading volume at 72 Lakh core with total contract traded 1.07 lakh , PCR @0.98

• Nifty March Future Open Interest Volume is at 1.11  Cores with liqudiation of 4 Lakh with decrease in cost of carry suggesting SHORT position were closed today, NF Rollover cost @14938 closed above it. 

• 15400 CE is having Highest OI at 6.9  Lakh, resistance at 15400 followed by 15500.15300-15500 CE added 34 Lakh in OI so bears added in range of 15300-15500.

• 15000 PE OI@15.3 Lakhs having the highest OI strong support at 15000 followed by 14900. 14700-15000 PE added 24 Lakh in OI so bulls addded position in range 14900-15000.

• FII’s sold 15 cores and DII’s bought 447 cores in cash segment.INR closed at 73.13
