Nifty Analysis among US-Iran tensions

• FII sold 8.4  K contract of Index Future worth 845 cores, Net OI has increased by 2.4 K contract, 3 K Long contract were liquidated by FII and 5.4 K  short were added by FII. Net FII Long Short ratio at 1.04, So FII used rise to exit longs and enter shorts.

• As discussed in last analysis   Now till we are holding 12250 we can rally towards 12351/12400. Bears will get active below 12225 for a move back to 12161/12125. Nifty Bears were able to break 12225 and made low of 12191 waiting for our target of 12161/12125. Bulls will get active above 12250 for a move towards 12295/12351/12400.

• Total Future & Option trading volume at 9 Lakh core with total contract traded at 1.29 lakh , PCR @0.98

• Nifty Jan Future Open Interest Volume is at 1.18 Lakh core with liquidation of 5.6 Lakh with decrease in cost of carry suggesting short position were added today, NF Rollover cost @12302 closed below it.

• 12300 CE is having Highest OI at 22 Lakh, resistance at 12300 followed by 12400 .11800-12300 CE added 27 Lakh in OI so bears added position in range of 12300-12400.FII bought 10.2 K CE and 25.4 K CE were shorted by them. Retailers bought 161 K CE and 31.8 K  CE were shorted by them.

• 12200 PE OI@19.3 Lakhs having the highest OI strong support at 12200 followed by 12100 . 12000-12400 PE added 1.6 Lakh in OI so bulls added position in range 12100-12200.FII bought 41.8 K PE and 13.8 K PE were shorted by them. Retailers bought 31.8 K PE and 68.3 K PE were shorted by them.
